ANDREWS – A rise in local and regional COVID-19 cases led to Andrews County’s Community Level being bumped to the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) Medium category, according to county health department representatives.A chart provided by the health department on the county’s social media page revealed Andrews has seen 157 new virus cases in the past three weeks.That number includes 87 new confirmed cases since Monday (July 11), according to the health department’s figures.
