The annual Southern Mesa Ag Conference is coming back to town Monday at the Lee Roy Colgan Building, located at 901 S. Houston.Farmers should RSVP by Friday through the Dawson County Extension Office or by calling 806-872-3444. The cost to attend is $50.They need to bring their Texas Pesticide Applicator License with them to the conference.The conference offers farmers and cotton producers an opportunity to obtain five Continuing Educational Units (CEU).Farmers are required to collect CEUs to receive a pesticide license.
