The grills will be hot and the pancakes ready to serve when the doors open at 4:30 p.m. Saturday for the 71st edition of Lamesa’s annual pancake supper.All the pancakes you can eat, along with plenty of sausage and bacon, will be served on-site until 7:30 p.m. in the Lamesa High School cafeteria.Take-out plates also will be available.Those eating in the cafeteria will be treated to a variety of musical entertainment.Scott Miers, Leon Richter and Mark Gary with the local and Common Ground are returning to perform an array of County music.
