Some major improvements to the greens at Lamesa Municipal Golf Course are in the plans for this year with the majority of the money coming from donations. Lamesa Mayor Josh Stevens told the Lamesa City Council this past Tuesday that members of the golf course recently had approached him about the condition of the course. “Mainly, it was about the golf greens,” Stevens said.
