It looks like one accountant will be replacing another on the board of directors of the Dawson County Hospital District.     Board members this coming Wednesday will consider a recommendation by board Chairman Cris Norris to appoint Kim Bairrington to the at-large board position vacated earlier this month by the resignation of longtime board member Ray Stephens.     Bairrington is a certified public accountant (CPA) with the local firm of Newberry Leonard Horton & Bairrington.     Stephens, who is stepping down after well over 20 years on the board, is a CPA with the firm of Stephens, Stephens and Telchik.     “To have ...
