Lamesa Boys and Girls Club member, Lucas Casarez, who celebrated his 6th birthday Wednesday, has a heart-to-heart talk with Santa Claus about what he wants to see under the Christmas tree: a new bicycle. Young club members were treated with not only a visit from Santa, but also songs, holiday coloring and treats in celebration of the start of the holiday season. Students were released from classes earlier that day. Representatives of the police department, the school district and club board members attended the party.
