The Summer Reading Program, entitled “The Universe of Stories,” at Dawson County Public Library will have its first children’s programs this coming week. The first children’s program is scheduled this Tuesday. Storyteller Kim Lehman will present a morning show at 10 and an afternoon show at 2. Parents are asked to choose only one show time. Teen programs will be held on Thursdays, at 2 p.m., with the first one this Thursday. Babygarten for newborns through two year olds and their parents also will begin this Thursday at 10 a.m.. This year’s library program will use Bingo cards and authorized stickers for all readers.
