Todd and Staci Howard of Lamesa announce the engagement of their daughter, Taylor Howard, to Tyler Gully of San Angelo. The wedding ceremony is set for Nov. 21, 2020 at the Cactus Hotel in San Angelo. Taylor is the granddaughter of Troy and Sue Howard and Bob and Jo Mitchell. She graduated from Klondike High School in 2014. Taylor received her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Angelo State University in 2017 and earned a Masters degree in Mass Communication in 2019.
