Before the pandemic came to town two years ago, the Christian Women’s Job Corps (CWJC) conducted English classes for native Spanish speakers. Even people from Egypt and Vietnam attended the courses for English as a Second Language (ESL).Those classes were canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 outbreak.Now that infection rates are low and vaccinations are available, free ESL courses again are available.“We have people who asked about where they have ESL classes, and I have somebody to teach it.
