The annual Jamaica planned Sunday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church will include a big car show hosted by the Nuestro Car Club of Lamesa. Scheduled for 12 noon to about 5 p.m. in the 400 block of N.E. Hartford Ave., the car show will raise money for the church and also provide school supplies for local children, said Jaime Galindo, one of the organizers.
