Courthouse closes one day after employee COVID case ANDREWS - An employee at the courthouse tested positive for COVID-19 this week, prompting the closure of the facility on Wednesday, according to Andrews County Judge Charlie Falcon. The county judge also said “we do have some employees isolated” after the one worker tested positive with the virus.
