Voters in two school races and a special city election are trickling in since the early voting period for the May 4 elections began Monday.The early voting period doesn’t end until April 30.A total of 15 voters cast their ballots early in City Hall by Tuesday morning in the city’s special election to fill the District 6 vacancy.
