District foes Borden County and Sands were scheduled to meet each other on Saturday evening in the girls championship game of the Meadow tournament.
Eighteen games in the big O.W. Follis Basketball Tournament here were in the books by the end of the day on Friday, with 12 more to go on Saturday.
Saturday’s area playoff contest started out looking like most other football games the Borden County Coyotes have played the past few years.
