Golden Tornado head softball coach Vanessa Hernandez was looking at this past Thursday’s game here against Bushland as a show and tell of sorts. The Bushland Falcons are not only one of the most respected high school softball programs in this part of the state but they also have finished the Golden Tors’ season the past two years in the opening round of the playoffs.
