After winning three out of their first four matches last Thursday in the Denver City Tournament, the Golden Tornado varsity volleyballers have now lost three out of their last four including Tuesday’s match at longtime rival Snyder. “We’ve been on that roller-coaster here lately -- we’ve been up and down a lot,” Golden Tornado Coach Elfida Williams said. “In that third set tonight we were up 20-9 at one point looking like the team we’ve been looking for.” The Golden Tor volley-ballers ended up losing that match to the Snyder Tigers in four sets.
