The Golden Tornadoes’ tennis squad continues bringing home the hardware. Coach Jose Lucio’s troops turned in another nice showing this past Tuesday in the Levelland Tournament, winning championships in three different events. “Our kids were up against some good competition, too. There were 14 teams over there coming in from as far off as Clovis, New Mexico all the way up to Friona. We were up there that morning by seven and didn’t get finished until eight that night – pretty much all day tennis,” Lucio said.
