There might or there might not be one more high school football game in Kyler Ortiz’s immediate future, but the O’Donnell Eagle standout isn’t ready to put up his cleats up for good. Ortiz announced this past week he plans to play college football this fall at Wayland Baptist University at Plainview. “I feel blessed.
