The Golden Tornadoes’ junior high football teams finished their seasons here Thursday by splitting their four games against Snyder. Lamesa’s seventh grade A team finished its season at 4-3 by shutting out the Tigers, 30-0. “These young men had a good season. We’re proud of each player and the growth that they made,” Coach Bobby Alvarez said. Hector Zamora scored three of Lamesa’s touchdowns on runs of 48, 2 and 18 yards.
