Lamesa’s junior high basketball girls made the long trip to Friona Thursday and came home with wins in three of their four games. The Golden Tors won the eighth grade A game, 20-10, improving their season record to 4-3. “Our girls played pretty well but we’ve still got improvement to make,” Coach Jeremy Hernandez said.
