One of their best seasons in school history ended on a tough note for Lamesa High School’s softball team on Saturday afternoon in Andrews. Falling to the Andrews Mustangs, 8-1, in the third and decisive game of the Class 4A area playoff series, the Golden Tors finished a great year at 30-8.
