Lamesa High School’s young baseball squad continues paying its dues in the early going this season. The Golden Tors fell to 0-2 on the year after getting shut out 10-0 by Denver City on Thursday in the Shallowater Tournament. DC scored three runs in both the first and third innings and then four more in the fourth. The Golden Tors threw three different pitchers against the state-ranked Mustangs.
