After once battling against each other on the high school hardwoods, Fernando Baeza and Blake Nichols soon will be on the same side. Baeza, a major cog on Borden County’s 1997 state six-man championship football team, has been named the new head football coach at O’Donnell High School where Nichols is now the athletic director.
