The O’Donnell Eagles swept the Jayton Jaybirds in a basketball doubleheader Tuesday night. A big fourth quarter helped O’Donnell win the girls game, 57-49. The Eagles were clinging to a one-point edge at the end of the third quarter. O’Donnell, however, outscored Jayton, 17-10, in the fourth quarter. “We’re proud of how our girls hung in there tonight,” O’Donnell Coach Blake Nichols said. “Our press worked pretty well for us.
