Blake Nichols enjoyed a successful debut as O’Donnell High School’s new head girls basketball coach last Saturday at Seagraves where his Eagles girls dribbled to a 39-30 season-opening win. “It looked like we figured out some things. We looked more and more comfortable out there as we went along,” Nichols said. O’Donnell led 11-7 at the end of the first quarter and 19-12 at the half.
