After spending this past season leading the Klondike Cougars to the Class 1A volleyball playoffs, Niatha Cullen is returning to the college game. Turning in her resignation at Klondike last week, Cullen signed a coaching contract this past Friday with the Texas Tech Red Raiders. Cullen previously has coached at the collegiate level at Stetson, the University of Alabama-Birmingham and Bradley. After growing up at Chana, Ill. Cullen played four years of college volleyball at Jacksonville (Florida) University.
