If just being one of the hosts as a district commissioner in a youth baseball tournament is not enough, Rick Wallace now will be seeing double duty when Babe Ruth diamond action cranks up here this Friday night. Wallace not only will be helping direct the tournament as a district commissioner, he also will be coaching Lamesa’s entry in the tournament. Wallace will be assisting head Babe Ruth all-star coach Tracy Harris in that district tournament, which gets underway here on Friday evening at Lamesa’s Joe Spikes Field.
