With opening night for the 2020 high school football season now less than a week away, area six-man football squads had their only dress rehearsals this week. Hoping to bounce back from last year’s 0-10 finish, the Sands Mustangs hosted a four-way scrimmage Thursday at Ackerly which included O’Donnell, Morton and West Texas Co-Op. “We saw some things tonight which should help us later,” Sands Coach Steve Keith said.
