Tom Bailey

    Funeral service for Thomas “Tom” Bert Bailey, 73, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 22, 2022, at Faith Temple Church in Lamesa with Doug Spurlock officiating. 
    Burial will be held Monday, January 24, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery, Talala, Oklahoma.
    Visitation will be held Friday, January 21, 2022 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Branon Funeral Home.
    Tom passed away Monday, January 17, 2022, in Lubbock, TX. 
    He was born June 10, 1948, in Lamesa to Mancil Herod Bailey and Leona T. Griffith Bailey. He married Ladonna Marie McIntosh September 19, 2008, in Carlsbad, New Mexico.  They loved each other unconditionally.  He enjoyed camping, genealogy, communication technology and watching the Dallas Cowboys.  But most of all he loved Texas. 
    Tom is survived by his wife, Ladonna Bailey of Midland; children, Cheryl Len Moore and husband, Greg of Houston, Terry Dean Bailey and wife, Jesse of Hobbs, New Mexico, Khynda Susette Ballard and husband, Tony of Midland,Tabitha Jeannette Wemple of Greenfield, Indiana, Amy Janae Rogers and husband, Todd of Tuscon, Arizona, Tony Eck and Cathy of Loogootee, Indiana, and Jonathan Eck of Loogootee, Indiana; nephews, Curtis Doy Bailey and wife, Susanne and Clinton Wade Mills; nieces, Brandi Tennelle Ketcherside and Kelli Michelle May; grandchildren, Patrick Sharp, Dalton Ballard, Dakota Ballard, Casey Moore, Demeri Cobb, Kerby Moore, Gunner Moore, Cameron Maxey, Victoria Maxey, Carissa Wemple, Madison Marie Eck, Gracelynn Bernice Eck and Ellanore Raye Eck; great grandchildren, Saylor Diane Sharp, Hazel Cora Ballard and Wyatt Drew Eck; and fur babies, Andy and Skeeter.  
    Tom is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Brenda Elaine Baker and brother, Curtis Bailey.
