Funeral services for Rogelio “Roy” Molina, 59, of Lamesa, were held on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Branon Funeral Home Chapel with Joel Sanchez officiating.

Interment followed in Dawson County Cemetery under the direction of Branon Funeral Home.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 12, 2018, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., at Branon Funeral Home Chapel.

Roy passed away on Friday, November 9, 2018 in Lubbock. He was born on February 5, 1959 in Welch to Nicolasa (Rodriguez) and Florentino Molina.

Roy loved traveling and telling others about all of the places he visited. He was a hardworking man and enjoyed farming. He had a passion for music, especially from the 1970’s.

Roy is survived by his sisters, Maria Elena Molina, and Rosalinda Molina, both of Lamesa; brothers, Joe Molina, Senobio Molina, Arturo Molina and Alfredo Molina and wife, Esmeralda, all of Lamesa; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Annadelia Molina; and brother, Juan Martin.

The family suggests memorials to American Cancer Society.
