Marvina Little

    Etta Marvina Little, 87, of Breckenridge, formerly of Lamesa, Texas, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2023.  
    Mrs. Little’s cremation has been entrusted to Melton-Kitchens Funeral Home.  Her loved ones will hold a private family service.
     Marvina was born in Knox City, Texas, on April 23, 1935, to Marvin and Hazel Hester.  She attended St. Ann’s High School in Abilene, Texas, and graduated in 1954.  She married Weldon Cooper “W.C.” Little, Jr. in January 1955.  They had three children and moved to Lamesa in 1962, where she lived until recently when she moved to Breckenridge.
    Marvina was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Hazel; two sisters, Rose Elliott Brown and Karen Clark; and one son, Eddie Little.
    She is survived by her husband of over 68 years, W.C.; daughter, Denise and husband Rick Dixon of Breckenridge; son, Mike Little of Dallas, Texas; along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
     Memorial donations in Marvina’s name can be made to a charity or organization of the donor’s choice and can be left at Melton-Kitchens Funeral Home.  Condolences can be made online at meltonkitchens.com
