Kaylei Greenlee

    Our precious little sunshine, Kaylei Madison Greenlee, 21, of Seminole Tx, died in a tragic motor vehicle accident Friday, November 4, 2022.
    She was born May 3, 2001, in Midland, Tx.
    Kaylei is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Nito and Dora Jimenez; great-grandparents, Jerry and Rosie Hollis; great-grandparents, Floyd P and Imogen Green; aunt, Eric Bogan.
    Kaylei graduated from Seminole High School in 2019 and was on the swimming team, and she walked across the stage in her cowboy boots. Kaylie loved bonfires and Mike’s Hard Lemonade.  Bailey was her world and she loved him with all her heart. Kaylei was Daddy’s little girl and his sidekick.  She enjoyed concerts, loved her dogs Dolly (died of a broken heart), Howdy and Tank. She loved riding horses and spending time with family and friends.  She recently moved to Kingston, Oklahoma.
    Kaylei and Bailey met at an early age – her being 15 and him being 14.  Together they became family as they married on June 21st, 2019.
    Kaylei will be lovingly remembered by her husband Bailey Greenlee of 3 years; her dogs Howdy & Tank; parents Kelly and Cynthia Green of Seminole Tx; grandparents David and Janice Green of Lovington, N.M., Kevin and Becky Bogan of Lovington; sisters Samantha (Eli), Shelbi (Ruben) of Midland Tx, Arianna of Odessa Tx, Stephany Gutierrez (Diego) of Las Cruces; and brothers Rodger of Seminole, Tx, Jonathan of Odessa, Tx, and Edward (Mariela) of Amarillo, Tx. Kaylei had 11 nieces and nephews, aunt, uncles, and cousins who loved her dearly.
    A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on November 18, 2022, at First Baptist Church, 701 Standefer St, O’Donnell Tx 79351.  A viewing of the body for family and friends will begin at 9:00 a.m.. Officiating will be Pastor Taylor Wood and Benny Greenlee. 
    In lieu of flowers please send to Gonzales Funeral home in Lamesa, Tx, 310 S. Main Ave or to the First Baptist Church in O’Donnell, Tx.

    Interment Service will take place at O’Donnell Cemetery under direction of Gonzales Funeral Home.
