Joan Neill Ballard

    Joan Neill Ballard, 94, beloved Wife and Mother, was called to her eternal resting place on September 25, 2021.
    She entered this world on March 6, 1927 in Lamesa, TX, born to Otho and Donna Neill. 
    She is survived by her husband Albert N. Ballard; daughter Marsha Rivera and husband Pat Rivera; granddaughter Colleen Jones and husband Shawn Jones; great-granddaughters Taylor and Tristyn Jones; great-grandson Tyler Jones and by numerous nieces and nephews. 
    Joan was preceded in death by her son Mark Ballard; parents Otho Watson Neill and Donna Mullings Neill; brothers JB and Almos Neill; sister Billie Jean (Tooter) Neill Bingham and nephews, David, and Clay Neill.
     Family and friends may visit FRENCH - Wyoming on Monday, October 4th, beginning at 9 a.m., with a funeral service to then begin at 10 a.m., a reception at FRENCH - Wyoming will also follow the service.
