A Catholic graveside funeral service of Christian burial for Carolina B. Garces age 74 of O’Donnell, TX. will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday May 16, 2020 at the O’Donnell Cemetery in O’Donnell, TX. with Father John Rathinam officiating.

Carolina passed away on Thursday May 14, 2020 in Lubbock, TX.
She was born on July 2, 1945 in Dilley, Texas. Carolina married Juan Garces on October 16, 1964 in Dilley, TX.
Carolina was preceded in death by her father, Jose Benavides and her mother, Julia Benavidez; brother, Jesus Hernandez; sister, Nicolasa Flores; various family members.
Carolina was a homemaker. She loved her dog, going to church, spending precious time with her beloved family members. She enjoyed being on Facebook, loved baby monkeys, and was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church in O’Donnell, TX.
Carolina is survived by her husband, Juan Garces of O’Donnell, TX.; her daughters, Billie Montez and husband, Robert of Tahoka, TX. , and Bobbie Castillo and husband, Eliberto Castillo of O’Donnell, TX.; her sons, Johnny Garces and wife, Renee Garces of O’Donnell, TX., and Elvis Garces of O’Donnell, TX.; 12 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren; numerous relatives and friends.
