Mario Dimas’s team shot a 29 Wednesday evening to win the weekly golf scramble at the Lamesa Municipal Golf Course. Others on the winning team were Serapio Arguijo, Manuel Vasquez and Joe Soliz. This week’s closest-to-the-pin winners were Rick Villalobos on hole number two at four feet two inches and Chris Estrada on hole number seven at 15 feet seven inches. Lamesa Municipal hosts a scramble every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. Registration fee is $20 for members and $25 for non-members. Golfers are urged to have their teams signed up by 12 noon on Wednesday.
