After basically being left out of the COVID-19 vaccine allotments from the state in recent weeks, both Medical Arts Hospital (MAH) and the Dawson County Health Department (DCHD) have now have more vaccine on hand. Hospital officials are working to schedule a vaccination clinic here after receiving another allotment of 300 Moderna vaccines from the state. DCHD also received 300 doses of the Moderna vaccine and will be administering them Monday to individuals who have made appointments.
