After both the Sands Mustangs and Borden County Coyotes finished their 2019 cross country seasons at the state meet at Round Rock, both have high expectations again this year. Both schools will start the season ranked among the Top 10 in the state by the Cross County Coaches Association of Texas polls revealed on Friday morning.
