Lamesa’s junior high volleyball squads split their four matches against the Snyder Tigers here Thursday evening. The Golden Tornadoes won the seventh grade A team match, 25-22, 25-20. “Our girls did some things well tonight,” Coach Vanessa Hernandez said. “Those first-game jitters were gone and it certainly showed.
