A total of 291 animals were registered by the Jan. 2 deadline to be shown by 104 exhibitors at this coming week’s 2019 Dawson County Junior Livestock Show, according to information provided by Leigh Ann Archer, show secretary. Some exhibitors show more than one species of livestock animals. The number of exhibitors is 10 more than those who registered for last year’s show. The number of animals to be shown is five more than registered last year and 52 more than actually participated.
