SPECIAL EXPERIENCE Youngsters participating in the summer program at the Lamesa Boys and Girls Club were treated last week by Pam Kearney to a visit with her miniature horses and donkeys. “It was an amazing experience for the kids!” said Tammy Clark, executive director of the Boys and Girls Club. “They got to pet, brush and lead them around. We also enjoyed a picnic lunch out there. The activity was part of the club’s animal theme week, one of the many things the Boys and GIrls Club is doing this summer. Submitted photo
