ANDREWS – The county and other local taxing entities are anticipating major increase in taxable property values for 2022 after mineral value estimates were provided during the Andrews County Appraisal District’s Value Outlook meeting.

O’Donnell High School rolled up 733.5 points to easily take top honors in the University Interscholastic League District 6-1A Academics Spring Meet held March 21-23 at Lorenzo.
Borden County High School took top overall honors in the District 8-1A University Interscholastic League Academics Spring Meet held this past Saturday at Garden City High School.
Klondike High School’s FFA Chapter has consistently had some of the top teams across the state in Milk Quality and Products competition in recent years.
In the Lamesa Community Players’ production of “Faith County,” the town’s busybody Mildren Carson, played by Mary Benton, visits soon-to-be married Naomi Farkle, played by Angie Martinez.
