Failing to abide by her probation requirements has resulted in a 41-year-old female being ordered to serve time in the Texas prison system. Viviana Whitten was sentenced to serve three four-year prison sentences after Senior Judge Cecil Puryear of Lubbock, presiding here by assignment, found her guilty on three charges alleging fraudulent possession of identifying information. Whitten will be allowed to serve all three of those sentences at the time. She was given credit for just over three months already spent in custody.
