Directors of the Mesa Underground Water Conservation District have 15 requests for well permits to consider when they hold their regular monthly meeting on Wednesday. That meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. in the district office at 212 N. Ave. G in Lamesa. Jerry Harris is seeking 12 of those permits, all for irrigation wells. Ricky Cude and Lawrence Family Enterprises are each seeking one permit for an irrigation well. Chris Rose has requested a permit for a domestic well.
