Early voting will begin Monday for two statewide races which are on the ballot in a Democratic Party primary runoff election. Originally scheduled for May 26, the runoff was delayed by Gov. Greg Abbott until July 14 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In Dawson County, that runoff election features only two races.
