The estimated time for completion of the new Career and Technology Education building currently under construction at Lamesa High School has been pushed back at least a month, due partly to issues with the COVID-19 virus. Lamesa ISD Superintendent Jim Knight told school board members Tuesday evening that contractors now are indicating completion will be sometime in September.
