SEMINOLE – The Gaines County Airport will soon be ringed by a chain link security fence, thanks to $90,000 in new funding from a Texas Transportation Commission grant. The grant is part of some $60 million in earmarks approved by the state legislature for the Texas Department of Transportation as part of its Aviation Facilities Grant Program.
