BROWNFIELD – The Terry County Commissioners met Monday morning to get through a small agenda.They discussed the December fireworks period.To allow the sale of fireworks in December (Dec. 20 until midnight, Jan. 1, 2022), the court must decide before Dec. 15, according to the Texas Administrative Code.
