The municipal swimming pool at the North 22nd Street Park won’t be open until Monday due to a lack of staff.The city pool originally opened for the summer on June 6, with plans to remain in operation through July.“We’re just not opening this week. We had somebody quit. We don’t have enough staff,” said City Manager Joe Hines.The city hired a replacement lifeguard, but the employee first needs to become certified to work at the pool.
