South Plains College (SPC) is hosting its 27th annual Scholarship Gala at 5:30 p.m., Feb. 21 at the Mallet Event Center in Levelland.Hosted by City Bank, the Gala is one of two major fundraising events for student scholarships at SPC, and this year’s theme centers around stars and images of the cosmos.
