Members of the Dawson County Commissioners Court agreed Tuesday to again participate in a roadway seal-coating program organized by the Lubbock engineering firm of Parkhill Smith and Cooper.However, before they commit to any specific level of participation they want some explanation and assurances.They asked that a representative of the company meet with them about the issues that have plagued the program here for at least the past two years.The seal-coating work that was supposed to have been completed here in 2020 was just done a couple of months ago, Precinct 3 Commissioner Nicky Goode said.Additional work that was planned for ...
