Members of the Dawson County Commissioners Court on Tuesday are slated to consider whether to participate in a roadway sealcoating program organized by a Lubbock engineering firm. Dawson County has for several years been among a number of counties across the region which participated in a seal-coating program put together under the direction of Parkhill, Smith & Cooper. Members of the local commissioners court, however, have become somewhat frustrated with the program over the past couple of years.
